Da Best Boeuf: Slow Roasted Prime Rib

Prime rib (aka standing rib roast) is what comes to mind when you REALLY want da boeuf. It's rich, tender and full of flavour.  Given that a typical 3-rib roast can feed 8-10 you're looking at a crowd pleaser.  So grab your friends and unbuckle your belt, let's get rotund.
